- Orders below this amount will have shipping calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

Order Changes
If you need to update your order (address, size, or product), contact us as soon as possible.
Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed or shipped.
Incorrect Address

Failed Delivery

However:
- Re-delivery fees (if charged by the courier) are the customer’s responsibility

Lost or Damaged Items

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation
- Provide us with the claim confirmation if needed
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
